Shipping

We use carriers that provide the most efficient service at a reasonable cost to ship your order. When selecting a shipping method, please be aware that your shipment may ship via an alternate carrier, as long as the delivery time frame is maintained. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Orders received by noon usually ship the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. If you have a specific date that your order must arrive by, please contact us before placing your order. If your order includes a product that is marked as a backorder or a preorder, your entire order will not ship until the backordered item is in stock. Backordered items may not ship for multiple weeks or months after an order is placed, based on availability of the product. You can always find specific information on the timeline of any backorder or preorder on the product page for the out of stock item, and in your confirmation email after purchase.
